Anpil moun ap rakont, pou kisa y’ap di mwen

[Hook]
Pitit sa pa pou mwen, gade men li gade bouch li
Pitit sa pa pou mwen, mezanmi pito mwen mouri
Pitit sa pa pou mwen, gade men li gade bouch li
Rete yeye ooo…

[Chorus]
M’ap mande pouki rezon sa
M’ap mande pouki rezon sa

[Verse 2]
Se ou kite pi bon zanmi’m
Konye’a se ou ki enemi’m
Nou te grandi tankou frè
Poukisa se ou kite dwe trahi’m
Men kanta madan’m mwen
Ou te mèt kenbe li
A cause de nou mwen pa vle viv
Mwen pa vle wè ni ou ni li

[Hook]

[Bridge]
Fin’ n habitué,serre’l
Kinbe’l nan bra’m le l’ap domi
Fin’n habitué,kinbe’l
Pale de li ak tout zanmi’m
Di’m se pa vre, pou lavi’m pa fini
Di’m se pa vre, men pou kisa y’ap di mwen

[Hook]
Mete bagay la sou lòk epi jete kle a

Paka continue paka continue
Pou’m gade’w chak jou
Paka continue paka continue
Le’m konnen’l pa pou mwen le’m konnen’m nan chagrin

Paka continue paka continue
Pou’m gade’ ou chak jou
Paka continue paka continue
Men’m si’l pa pou mwen men’m si’l pa pou mwen
Li ranpli tout vi’m met bonè nan kèm

[Hook]

BIOGRAPHY
  • Carlo Vieux, Richard Cave and Mikael Guirand who had worked together in some area of music, almost simultaneously made the decision to further their education. Acknowledging that the state of their homeland, Haiti, was troubled and unstable, they each decided to leave and set their sights on the United States. Always driven by their passion for music, this small group reunited in New York to touch upon making their current past-time a potential career.

They soon found themselves surrounded by sound proof foam mats, extended boom of mics and a mixing board. To their surprise, each had the same desire to pursue their music and created the name for their band by the taking the first two letters of their first names Carlo Vieux, Richard Cave and Mikael Guirand; alas, Carimi was born.
