[Verse 1]
Si aswè a ou pa sou sa believe mwen m’ap move on
M’pa gen tan pou m pèdi, m’pa kwè w gen tou
Yèswa nou te pou kò n, ou te di m ou feel mwen
Ou renmen lè m te mòde ti bouch ou
Sou bò pa m, m’ka di w jan w dous ou bon
Jan w eksite m lè w whine, fè bèl ti son
Sa k’ap fèt aswè a, baby m’gentan sou sa
Men f’on ti ret avè mwen

Ou fè mwen fou
Tèlman l gou
M’anvi ou ou ou

So baby si ou vle, nou ka f’on ti love
An tout entimite e e san pale

[Verse 2]
Yon ti sex text mwen resevwa pandan m’anba dra
“Est-ce que tu dors?”
“Non, non du tout pourquoi?”
Nan machin mwen m’ap kondwi
M’envante yon manti pou m wè kote l kanpe
Li di m: “Do you mind?”
Pou m jwe jwèt li a, m’pa reponn m’kite l pale: “Drop by.”
Hmm hmm, se sa m vle cheri

[Pre-chorus + Chorus]

Je veux te toucher, babe vini pi pre
Oh oh
Je veux te faire l’amour jusqu’à demain
Oh..menm si nou konnen n’pap janm renmen
Oh oh
S’on relasyon sans attache n’ap chèche

[Keyboard solo]

Ever since he dropped All I Want is You, Ronald "J-Ron" Jean, has been working hard mastering his unique blend of RnB infused Konpa and Zouk. And he sure has perfected it. Song after song, he drops silky vocals over buttery smooth tracks. We talked to the singer-songwriter about his writing, influences and plans to take his sound worldwide. 1. If J-Ron was not a singer-songwriter what could have been another path? If I wasn't a singer, I'd...

We decided to take the easy route and avoid subjectivity by providing you with the 16 most popular songs from 2016 on Wikimizik. Check back every hour. Enjoy and on to 2017! 16....

    Five Diaspora Winter Anthems

A few weeks ago, all 50 states reached freezing temperatures. The Polar vortex may be gone, but most of us still can't feel our toes. Since humans can't hibernate, staying in and hunkering down is only a temporary fix. Plus, we have to brave the cold to pay those bills. Good thing, we have music to warm our souls. Quite a few Haitian artists have migrated to the States, Canada, and Europe. They've all experienced the winter blues and expressed their lingering homesickness in song. Here are a few of our favorites. They're a potent cocktail of frustration and nostalgia. We'd cry,...

Discover Talie's Debut EP 16 Novembre

Since Nathalie Cerin released her first two studio singles, Ti Nèg Chèlbè and Bèl Tifi, we've been waiting for a complete project from her. It's finally here, and it's a live EP she recorded on her birthday. On 16 Novembre, we find a more seasoned artist, with a firmer grasp on the world. Gone is the bubbly sweetness of her earlier material. The patina of life - wilted relationships, career shifts, last-minute apartment hunts - has molded her...

    Songwriter's Corner: Roody Laforest

"Cheri, mwen konnen m pa ase." That's what Roody Laforest sings on his debut single, Mwen Pa Ase. It takes an honest man to admit his shortcomings. But after chatting with the Montreal-based singer, we realized though Roody tells it like it is, he can be a little too hard on himself. Wikimizik talked to him about his musical roots and writing process. We hope you enjoy his straight talk as much as we did. Who is Roody? How am I supposed to answer this question? Let's make it short...

    4Mula's Chapter 1

Jude and Carl Edouard (Carlitow) Deslouches have been on our radar since they dropped Se Ou Mwen Vle and the subsequent EP. Once in a while, the brothers would tease us with a new track. Late last year, they introduced 4Mula, a new band with fellow Montrealites and former Vibrasyon members, Romuald Paul and Benjamin Guirand. Their debut, "Chapter 1", is a groovy ride anchored by the Deslouches' warm vocals. It's the kind of album that will jump start any party and keep it rocking all night long. All you need is an aux cord. We...
