Gran nèg

Ou pi gran nèg pasé lajan (4 times)

Yo di lò-w bay ou vinn pi rich
Ou vinn pi pòv lò-w s-on-w moun chich
Tout sa-w kenbé, li diminyé
Séré-l byen fon, li pral gaté
Tout sa-w bay miltipliyé
Syèl la bay pou-n pa manké.

Pa rét konté sa-w gen nan pòch.

Plis ou vlé bay
Plis ou genyen
Sé pa rétay
Sé milyon ven
Si-w kontan bay
Tout bagay va ba-w légen.

Paské-w pi gran nèg pasé lajan
Woyo, woyo
Ou pi gran nèg pasé lajan
Woyo, woyo, yo
W-a vinn pi gran nèg pasé lajan
Woyo, woyo, yo, yo
Lamityé vo pasé lajan.

Yon liv fèmen s-on-w pil papyé li yé
On liv ouvè, fò-w konn kisa sa yé
Filantwopi-w pi plis pasé tout liv
Filozofi-w dwé plis pasé bout kwiv
Gen sa-k gen lò ak tout dyaman
Pafwa-k pòv pasé lajan.

Ésans la vi-w pa dwé nan pòch.

Plis ou vlé bay
Plis ou genyen
Sé pa rétay
Sé milyon ven
Plis ou vlé bay
Plis anndan kè-w va limen.

Paské-w pi gran nèg pasé lajan
Woyo, woyo
Ou pi gran nèg pasé lajan
Woyo, woyo, yo
W-a vinn pi gran nèg pasé lajan
Woyo, woyo, yo, yo
Lamityé vo pasé lajan.

Richès san sajès pa anyen
Pito-w kréyé travay, kréyé mwayen
Pou byen sikilé, pou richès miltipliyé
Lè sa-a w-a gran nèg
BélO B ki di sa.

Si-w sé yon Bon Samariten
Idé chak frè-w ki nan bézwen
Charité pap chasé malsité
Kréyé dyòb réstoré la diyité.

Paské-w pi gran nèg pasé lajan
Ou pi gran nèg (2 fwa)

Ou pi gran nèg pasé lajan
W-ap pi gran nèg (2 fwa)

W-a vinn pi gran nèg pasé lajan

Fratènité vo pasé lajan
Lamityé vo pasé lajan.

Solidarité vo pasé lajan
Paské-w pi gran nèg pasé lajan

Lamityé vo pasé lajan
Ou pi gran nèg pasé lajan

Trankilité vo pasé lajan
W-a vinn pi gran nèg pasé lajan

Pito-w gran nèg ou san lajan.
Lamityé vo pasé lajan.

    4Mula's Chapter 1

Jude and Carl Edouard (Carlitow) Deslouches have been on our radar since they dropped Se Ou Mwen Vle and the subsequent EP. Once in a while, the brothers would tease us with a new track. Their debut, "Chapter 1", is a groovy ride anchored by the Deslouches' warm vocals. It's the kind of album that will jump start any party and keep it rocking all night long. All you need is an aux cord. We...

    Albums We're Waiting For

Though there's a couple of albums from last year we still can't get enough of, that doesn't mean we can't look forward to a great lineup in 2016. Here are some of the albums that we can't wait for this year. 1. Carimi Their last album, Invasion, has yet to come out the 5-disc changer in most people's cars. Songwriter's Corner: Roody Laforest

"Cheri, mwen konnen m pa ase." That's what Roody Laforest sings on his debut single, Mwen Pa Ase. It takes an honest man to admit his shortcomings. Wikimizik talked to him about his musical roots and writing process. We hope you enjoy his straight talk as much as we did. Who is Roody? How am I supposed to answer this question? Let's make it short...
