[Verse-1]
A 25 ans, lavi isit pa fè'm Rabè
M konn lavi potoprens ak tout pwoblèm ki vin avèl
M t maryak yon fanm ki te banm yon pitit fò'm di'n ke Lavi'm chanje Depi le jou'l vin sou latè
M pat gon gwo kay, men nou 3 tap viv ansanm
E aprè'n Vin divòse pitit fi'm al viv ak
Manmanl
E a lepok se machine mwen tap repare
Pitit fi'm vin gon bòpè akoz manmanl vin remarye
Yo demare yon lòt vi ansanm, men'm te toujou la
M t toujou la pou pitit fi'm, nenpot sa'm genyen m toujou ba'l
Chak fwal vin wè'm, se kè rache Lè poum mennenl
E Nenpòt sa'm fè nan lavi'm, konn se pou li Tèlmanm renmenl
Tout Pot mèt fèmen pou mwen, depil jwenn Pòt ouvri
M pap nwi domi nan fredi depil ka jwenn laine poul kouvri
Pitit fi'm pap konn mizè mwen
M pap nwi mache pye atè, ak yon sèl rad, depi'm bal tout rad li bezwen
Map sal kò'm, pou kò pal ret pwòp
Poch mwen vid,pou poch pal gen kòb

[Refren Tjo zenny]
Pou ou lanfè pa anyen, sèl ou mwen genyen, sèl pitit mwen
Pou ou lanmò pa anyen, mwen prè poum bay vi mwen, mwen KOUPABBBB

[2ème Verse]
Yon bon maten mal travay, yo revokem pou twòp kredi
M dil ret kache map vini
Li di'm ok men Papi tanpri fè vit paske mwen pè
Se mwen ki poukòm la avèl
Misye gen pouvwa, lajistis pa tap pran Pa kam
Kom m t gon job sekirite, sanm pa mande malak yon zam
Pa menm ezite, m pral defann pitit fim Ki minè
San reflechi mwen pran lari, Direksyon kay yon kriminèl
Lè'm rive, m fonse pòt la poum antre
Gras à Dieu m rive a tan mwen wè'l kap trennenl devan je'm
M dil hey fout lage bra'l! Cherie ekate kò'w
Pandan lap kouri vin sou mwen m rale zam mwen m brake m baw

[Refren Tjo zenny]
Pou ou lanfè pa anyen, sèl ou mwen genyen, sèl pitit mwen
Pou ou lanmò pa anyen, mwen prè poum bay vi mwen, mwen KOUPABBBB

[3eme Verse]
Si legitime defense m fè a deranje'n
Sim wè lavi'm an jeu, pitit fim an danje, M t prefere tiyon bandi au lieu m t ret gade'l nan je

[TJO Zenny]
Mwen koupabbbb, ou mèt kondane mwen, ooh ooh
Pou ou lanfè pa anyen, sèl ou mwen genyen, sèl pitit mwen

Five Diaspora Winter Anthems

A few weeks ago, all 50 states reached freezing temperatures. The Polar vortex may be gone, but most of us still can't feel our toes. Since humans can't hibernate, staying in and hunkering down is only a temporary fix. Plus, we have to brave the cold to pay those bills. Good thing, we have music to warm our souls. Quite a few Haitian artists have migrated to the States, Canada, and Europe. They've all experienced the winter blues and expressed their lingering homesickness in song. Here are a few of our favorites. They're a potent cocktail of frustration and nostalgia. We'd cry,...

BIOGRAPHY

    Best Lines This Week

This week our users added some great songs on WikiMizik. Here are a few lines that we found ourselves reading more than just once. Let's start with Kite'm Ba Ou Love from Frap La, a hot track that talks about his dire need to give this girl some love. In this line he talks about his terrible financial decisions from this love, you might be able to explain it better than I can.

    4Mula's Chapter 1

Jude and Carl Edouard (Carlitow) Deslouches have been on our radar since they dropped Se Ou Mwen Vle and the subsequent EP. Once in a while, the brothers would tease us with a new track. Late last year, they introduced 4Mula, a new band with fellow Montrealites and former Vibrasyon members, Romuald Paul and Benjamin Guirand. Their debut, "Chapter 1", is a groovy ride anchored by the Deslouches' warm vocals. It's the kind of album that will jump start any party and keep it rocking all night long. All you need is an aux cord. We...

Would we feature a nostalgic ode like Jacques Sauveur Jean's Ayiti Cheri and MikaBen's Ayiti Se? Or poignant reality checks like BelO's Detripay? Kumbaya...
